                                                                         BULLY
Bullied is a behavior of physical or mental violence committed by one more people by means of attacking or intimidating others . This violent behavior is common in the school environment and generally affects children or adolescents who are physically weaker than their . Bully may be familiar in the ears of the society . Recently bully has become one of the most hot topic in the world . Bullied does not only occur at school even at work and in the family environment too often . The are several effect that can be cause by bullied is victim becoming perpetrators ,insecure , and mental illness .
First , victim becoming perpetrators , in the act of bullied we will usually more focus on the victims , but we also have to share the focus with the perpetrators . According to Binar psyclogy.org, some bullies actually used to be victims . Generally they are victims of their parents , siblings , victims of their own thoughts , and even old friends . "When someone is bullied as a child, then he can have the potential to become a victim again and can also potentially become perpetrators with age," explained Wulan Ayu Ramadhani, M. Psi, a psychologist from Rumah Hati Clinic, in a conversation with detikHealth . ( according to Wulan Ayu Ramadhani, M. Psi, a psychologist from Rumah Hati Clinic, talks with detikHealth. "When a person is bullied as a child, then he has the potential to become a victim again and has the potential to become a perpetrator as he gets older," ) .  PSI Deputy Secretary General Danik Eka Rahmaningtiyas said the difficulty in breaking the chain of child bullying cases was a problem. Because, victims can be perpetrators and perpetrators can also be victims ( according to PSI Deputy Secretary General Danik Eka Rahmaningtiyas the difficulty of breaking the chain of bullying cases because victims could become perpetrators and vice versa ) . According to the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA), as follows, 84% of students have experienced school violence (8 out of 10 male students said that teachers or school officials were perpetrators of violence; 40% of students aged 13-15 years reported have experienced physical violence by peers, 75% of students admitted having committed violence at school, 22% of female students said that teachers or school officials were perpetrators of violence, and 50% of children reported experiencing harassment (bullying) at school.            And then the effects obtained by bullied victims are insecure and mental illness . Bullied not only physically but can also be non-physically such as insulting the deficiencies of others , skin color , ras , religion , and body shaming . This can cause the victim to lose self - confidence and lead to insecure . So victims think that being different is the worst thing . and usually the victims will force themselves to be the same as other people , so obsessed , even the victims can ignore the negative effects he gets . According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, harassment can have an impact on a person's physical and emotional health, and also make people insecure both short and long term.(According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, bullying victims have an impact on one's physical, emotional health, and becoming insecure both short and long term.) . Based on a study conducted by Eunice Kennedy Shriver of the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development in the United States, anyone involved in bullying, be it victims or perpetrators, is at high risk of experiencing depression and insecurity.( according to the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development in the United States, anyone involved in bullying, victims or perpetrators, is at high risk of experiencing depression and insecurity ) . According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, victims of bullying can also experience physical injuries, social problems, emotional problems and even increase the risk of suicide and death. Therefore, victims of bullying become insecurity and have an increased risk of mental disorders. ( "Bullying victims experience physical injury, social problems, emotional problems and increase the risk of suicide and death. Because, victims of bullying become insecurity and have an increased risk of mental disorders." call the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ) .
Usually victim bullied not have friends to share their stories harbor all these feelings alone , which can cause mental illness . Mental illness that is not treated properly can cause depression , stress , anxiety disorders , anti social , and can even cause death . Mayo clinic in the United States also stated the same thing, that victims of abuse can be at high risk for experiencing mental health disorders. Victims of bullying are prone to depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, decreased self-confidence, tendency to self-harm and suicide attempts.  ( according to the Mayo clinic in the United States, victims of abuse can be at high risk for experiencing mental illness, depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, decreased self-confidence, tendencies to self-harm and suicide. ) . ( according to researchers from Harvard Medical School half of mental illness cases begin at the age of 14 years and three-quarters occur since the age of 24 years.).
So i hope you  can be aware about others , and not ignore the acts of persecution that occur around us . Believe me there is nothing positive that can be obtained from bullying . KEEP DOING A GOOD THING .
